  • Chicken breasts
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 3 Cup grated cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


  • 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T sour cream

Cooking Method:

In a food processor grind some ritz crackers and cut large chunks of chicken breast. Take three separate pans and add cheese, milk and cracker crumbs. Add ¼ teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in the cracker crumbs and mix well. Now, start dipping chicken breast piece in the milk followed by cheese. Now, dip the cheesy chicken into the crackers crumbs and press it. Now, take a pan and apply cooking spray. Now add the chicken in the pan and sprinkle some dried parsley over the cheesy chicken breast. Cover the pan with foil and let it bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees temperature. After 35 minutes, remove the foil and bake it for another 10 minutes and let the chicken get brown and crispy.

To make the sauce, take a pan and add sour cream, cream of chicken soup and butter. Stir them over medium heat. Serve over the chicken.

  •         1 pound ground beef
  •         12 ounces spaghetti
  •         1 finely chopped onion
  •         2 minced garlic cloves
  •         14 ounces vegetable or chicken broth
  •         6 ounces tomato paste
  •         2 cups water
  •         1/2 tsp dried basil
  •         1 tsp oregano
  •         1/4 tsp black pepper
  •         1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cooking Method:

Take a large skillet and add onions, ground beef and garlic. Let them cook for 6-8 minutes or until the beef is properly cooked. Drain off all fat. To make a sauce, add tomato paste, water, broth, oregano, black pepper, basil and mix well. Let them boil. Add spaghetti to the sauce and stir in between. Let the spaghetti cook for 17-20 minutes in simmer heat or until the sauce thickened. Topped it with parmesan cheese.

  • 1 cup rice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 4 diced carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • Sesame seeds (Optional)

Cooking Method:

Cook the rice with two cups of water in pressure cooker. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Now, add onions, garlic, peas and diced carrots. Let then cook for 5-7 minutes. Now, add rice, chicken and over them add soy sauce. Mix well to combine.  Your Fried rice is ready.

Cooking Method:

Take a pot and add the vegetable stock with tomatoes and let them boil. Add spaghetti and let it cook for 6 minutes. When the spaghetti is cooked add vegetables to boiling for two minutes on simmer heat. Soup is ready, serve it with a drizzle of olive oil, pesto and sprinkle some parmesan cheese.

  • 500g potatoes
  • 75ml half fat soured cream
  • sea salt

Preheat the oven at 190-degree temperature. With a fork, prick the potatoes, rub them with olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt over them. On a baking sheet, put the potatoes and bake them for 1 hour. Take out the potatoes from oven and let them cool. Cut a small cross on the top on potatoes. Let the bases little open.
